How long does delivery take?

Since your mural is produced individually after the order, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days until we hand it over to the shipping service provider. The shipping service provider then usually needs another 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service provider and delivery location.

What happens if I haven't received my order?

If you have not received your order, we kindly ask you to first check all the information you provided in your order confirmation.

Then please send us an email immediately (service@pixara.de) or a message via the contact form.

Return / Return Shipping

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to us within 14 days.

Please just send us an email to service@pixara.de and we will immediately provide you with all the details for the return.

The cost of the return shipping is borne by the buyer.
