How long does shipping take

Since we only produce your product when you place your order, it usually takes 5-7 working days for the poster to be delivered.

Please note that the delivery time also depends on some factors that we cannot always influence.

Furthermore, delivery times may be longer in some regions.

However, we always try to ensure that you have your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

What happens if I have not received my order

If you have not received your order, please first check all the information you provided in your order confirmation.

Return / Return Shipping

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to us within 14 days.

Please just send us an email to service @pixara.de and you will receive all Return details.

The buyer bears the costs of return.
